Our team has over 30 years of experience responding to disasters of all types - all across the world. We primarily deploy to countries with poor infrastructure and response capability - only going where we are needed and leaving as soon as we are no longer useful.

THE IRT DIAMOND

This is the emblem of Serve On’s International Response Team (IRT). Diamonds are strong, sharp, precious, and formed under immense pressure - representing the courage, compassion, commitment, and effort taken to earn a place on the IRT.

To gain the right to wear this patch volunteers have to undertake a selection, approximately 18 months of training, and passing a rigorous operational assessment.
