Serve On has been working closely with Safe Citizens to help develop their platform based on our own operational experience.
Safe Citizens provides a privacy-focused public safety platform allowing emergency services to alert you to hazards and on-going dangerous incidents based on your location. It provides the emergency services to identify ‘at risk’ citizens close to an incident in real time and allows them to deliver up-to date information and instructions without compromising a citizen’s privacy.
The team has both trialled the system in international exercises and used it operationally on a real incident - all the while providing continuous user feedback to the Safe Citizens team.
